"Ouch, do you have to stab me Flora?" Fira asked.
Flora put her hands on her hips and told Fira, "Well if you didn't move so much I wouldn't stab you unless I feel like it."
"Well you must be feeling like it, because I'm not moving. Oh please do finish, this color is starting to look good on me, I think I'm sick," Fira announced.
"Good then you can just be sick for your party and your mother can announce who you'll marry," Flora said with a giggle.
Fira stiffened, "Okay I'm fine take as long as you need."
"That's better," Flora snickered. During this whole painful process Tommy was getting used to Angel and Ivy kissing and Crimson's flustered face when he asked him if he ever kissed Ivy. The whole time he was think of Fira and if he would ever kiss her that openly but then he flashed back to reality when he thought, no cause he wasn't royalty. That's when he ran into his mom, literally.
"Ouch! Oh sorry mom. I didn't see you there. Oh yeah what are we going to do after the party?" Tommy asked his mother.
"Oh, I was kind of thinking maybe we should go ahead and settle down. I mean the town is really nice and..." Sarah said, "... Tommy are you there?"
"Oh yes, I think that's great I got to go. Bye mom." Tommy screamed taking off.
Sarah sighed, "Now I see what Elle meant when she said as kids get older they talk faster."
Tommy ran through the house, he was looking for Fira he had to tell her. When he found the door he just ran in and screamed, "Fira it's great!"
"What's great? Ouch! You did that on purpose! Can I take a five? Please!" Fira begged.
"A two and hurry I don't want to be screamed at by Queen Elle again," Flora told her.
Fira and Tommy went out to the hall, "Okay now what's great?"
"That dress, but that's another thing. I'm gonna be staying my mom said were going to settle down here in town, so we can still be friends," Tommy said jumping for joy.
Fira frowned, "That's great, I guess, but have you thought at all about us?"
"Fira I do love you but I'm not royalty," Tommy said with a frown.
Fira looked at his face, and said, "I got to go I need to get this dress done so I won't get in trouble. Bye Tommy." Fira disappeared into the room and Tommy walked out to the garden.
"I can't believe I'm such an idiot. I have this great girl here, and I'm too stupid to believe it," Tommy said to himself aloud.
"Then you should start to realize it," Nicoliyias said coming up from behind him. "She really does love you but if you don't realize it you're going to end up sad and miserable."
Tommy stood up, "Thanks for the pep talk but how long did you avoid Ryan? Yeah you can't really say you're any greater than I am. You right now have this big fight with your best friend, and over what a god damn vamp…"
"Shut Up just, shut up. You really don't know me and you don't know Ryan you are just a happy damn child who doesn't even know your own secrets. You want to know something? I didn't avoid Ryan I tried my hardest to say something but I couldn't say anything, I even wrote a letter to him but I was so scared he would say no I tore it up right before I was about to hand it to him.I was scared ya but I was scared to say I love him to hisface, but you, you can say i love you to Fira but your god damn stupidity is keeping you from doing anything, just get over it and fucking love her," Nicoliyias screamed at Tommy.
Tommy shook the shock from his face, "What if I'm scared of not being good enough I can't be the greatest husband and Fira deseaves so much more than me."
"Man you guys fight like brother and sister," Ryan said coming out from the shadows.
"WHAT THE HELL?" Nicoliyias and Tommy sceamed at the same time.
Ryan snikered, "Look you even think the same. Are you guys sure your not related?"
"Shut up Ryan. Look Tommy don't waste your time and don't hurry off to tell her that you can stay her friend. She..."
"YOU SAW THAT?!"
"Yes and did you manage to see her face? She doesn't want to be your friend she wants to be to much more. If you think you can't love her then just stop it, you're going to hurt her more."Nicoliyias walks away with Ryan just as Ivy, Angel, and Crimson walk up.
"Hey we saw you run off. Go to talk to your lover girl?" Ivy said with a giggle.
Tommy looked up to her, "Hey guys sorry I got something I got to do. I'll see you later."Tommy turned around and ran off towards the stable and he could hear Ivy scream you didn't answer my question from behind him but he kept running. When he reached the stable he got out Fireball."Listen boy I need you to do me a favor I need you to run off in the woods, I have to get Fira totally alone with me. Can you do that for me?"Fireball rubbed his head on Tommy shoulder and neighed."Thanks we'll meet you by Grandmother Willow in a hour." Fireball neighed and ran into the forest. Tommy smiled and took off to find Fira."Fira!! Where are you?"
"Tommy? I'm in here."Fira's head popped out of a room."What did you want?"
Tommy stopped running,"Fireball got out. I went to the stable cause I was going to ride around and Fireball isn't there."
"Nobody rides Fireball though," Fire said. "Someone must have let him out, hold on i'll be right out."Fira dissappeared into the room and came back out 2 minutes later in jeans and a top."Let's go!" They took off out to the stable and Fira went to get sugar and Tommy stopped her.
"He couldn't have got that far he's probably in the woods. We don't need the horse," Tommy said as he started walking into the woods. Fira shurged and hurried after him.
They got into the deeper woods and Fira said, "If he came inthe wood we should have found him by now."
"Fira, I have to tell you something. Fireball didn't get out I ..."
"WHAT? HOW COULD YOU SCARE ME LIKE THAT?! I MEAN JUST THINK IF..." Tommy kissed her.
"Okay listen to me for a minute then you can scream at me about it."Fira placed her hand on her lips and nodded. " Okay I had to let Fireball out to get you out here so I could talk to you. He's gonna meet us at Grandmother Willow in a hour. What I need to tell you is I've been screamed at into thinking." Fira sat down and Tommy sat down in front of her. "I've been thinking about us. You know I love you and I know you love me,but I don't want to admit it because I think you can do better, but when everyone screams at you, you forget about this. Well I've been killing my brain with a good reason to why I'm not letting myself be happy, or you. I can't find anything. So I decided that if your family agrees to it I'll marry you."
Fira couldn't keep quiet anymore, "REALLY! Oh Tommy!" Fira leaned over and hugged hims so hard his head should have popped off. Then she relized what he said, "Wait my family...Does that mean my mother too?"
"Yes, because we won't be truely happy if she doesn't want it also."
"No she is a total stay the same person. She will say no she wants royalty. If she says no my sister is going to say no because I have to take over the throne and if mother refuses the person I marry then she has to be queen and she doesn't want that. Oh why do I have to live like this."Fira held Tommy close and cried onto his shoulder.
"Fira ask her. We'll never know unless you ask her."
"Fine I'll ask her but can you kiss me one last time before she says no."
"No I'll kiss you when she says yes."Tommy stood up and helped Fira up. "Let's get to Fireball before he comes looking for us." Tommy held Fira close as they walked toward Grandmother Willow.
